Directions:
Kilmartin is situated about 100 miles northwest of Glasgow. The easiest way to visit is by road.
From the South:
From Glasgow head towards Dumbarton and take the A82 along the side of Loch Lomond. At Tarbet take the A83 to Inveraray, continue on this road, along Loch Fyne to Lochgilphead.
From here take the A816 towards Oban, you will find Kilmartin 8 miles north of Lochgilphead, the turning to the Centre is on the right hand side opposite the Museum.
From the North:
From Oban take the A816 towards Lochgilphead, Kilmartin is around 28 miles south of Oban.
The turning to the Centre is on the left hand side opposite the Museum.
